Kamasylvia Main Quests were renewed.
-
The main quests of Kamasylvia, the land of the Goddess Sylvia's descendants, were renewed. This update has three main goals. One is to redesign the quest flow in order to allow those adventurers who have graduated from Valencia to approach these quests more easily. Our second goal is to shape the attractive characters of Kamasylvia in more detail and create a richer story. And our last goal is to start the preliminary work for O'dyllita's continuing story and additional content that will follow the completion of the main quests.

During the renewed Kamasylvia main quests, you will ride a Sky Ballon and travel to Grána. We hope you enjoy the story we've prepared while looking around the beautiful sceneries.

Your perspective on the world of Black Desert Online will broaden and a clear distinction of relationships between NPCs and associations will be made.
-
Those players who already have an ongoing old main quest can start the new questline and can still proceed on the old questline too. They can proceed on the new questline after completion of the old questline as well. However, if the player abandons the old quest, he/she will no longer be able to start the old quest again. Also, if the player has never received the old quest, he/she will only be able to proceed on the new questline.

Accept the quest that starts with "Kamasylvia, the Land Behind the Veil" from the Black Spirit's Main Quest tab to start the renewed main quests of Kamasylvia.

You must be Lv. 58 or higher to be able to accept the new main quests.

The number of Cumulative Recommendations will reset through the April 22 (Wed) maintenance.

The Recommend feature will reset every 3 months and a small reward will be given based on the number of Cumulative Recommendations at the time when the reset process is being carried out.

As of the April 22 (Wed) maintenance, those adventurers who have the Black Spirit icon given the number of their Cumulative Recommendations will receive a temporary Title for 90 days for their diligent participation.

The gold, silver, and bronze trophy icons that used to be displayed based on the number of Cumulative Recommendations in the Chat Group were changed to Black Spirit icons.

Added a feature by which you can restore your removed items.

Go to the Inventory (I) window and press LMB on the Throw away item icon to use the Item Restore feature.

Each family may use the Item Restore feature twice in a calendar month.

Items are only eligible for restoration for 30 days after deletion.

Only certain items can be restored.
-
Some items, such as items with an expiration date may not be eligible for restoration.

Your access to this service will reset on the 1st of each month. Any unused restorations will not be carried over into the new month.

The cost for recovering all mounts' HP (Repair) and Stamina (Power) was changed from 15 Silver to 500 Silver per 1%.

The cost for supplying large ships' cannonballs was changed from 10,000 Silver to 1,000 Silver per cannonball.
We hope you can enjoy defeating monsters in the Great Ocean in a less burdensome way.
The cost you need to pay for supplying rations and cannonballs, and sustaining ship durability as you try to defeat monsters in the Great Ocean with your large ship is not small. Adventurers who are still learning to drive their ships would perceive this cost as a huge burden.
Hence we have decreased the cost for supplying cannonballs for large ships to 1/10 of the original cost.

Fixed the issue where you could see two Prime: Blizzard: Domain and Prime: Blizzard: Storm skills each in the Level Up Info window when reaching Lv. 60.
Though Witch and Wizard share the same succession skill, we have differentiated the two classes' play styles by creating a variation in their skill usages. Our goal was to provide you two different enjoyments.
Upon learning Elemental Flow, the Wizard can use a skill after which he can immediately activate the next skill without casting motion through commands. By activating his skills continuously, the Wizard can deal great damage to his targets. On the other hand, the Witch Succession consists of being able to use Magical Evasion while on casting motion whenever she activates a skill. Each of her skill causes great damage and by using Multiple Magic Arrows' additional hit continuously after using a skill, she can deal constant damage to her targets. Our internal test showed that the average damage dealt by the Witch was a bit lower than that dealt by the Wizard, so we tried to increase the damage of the Witch's skills.
However, Wizard players have expressed many opinions regarding how the Witch's succession skill damage was greater than that of the Wizard even when they are the same skill, how the effect of the Wizard's Elemental Flow was not as distinct as the effect of the Witch's Elemental Flow, etc. And with last week's Global Lab updates, which included a fix whereby using a succession skill after Magical Evasion would immediately activate the former for the Witch, some players shared the opinion that Wizard Succession was no longer distinct.
We have decided to reflect the opinions of our Witch and Wizard players to the following adjustment, thereby minimize the difference between Witch and Wizard Successions and allow each class to have only one single characteristic. Hence we are going to equalize the damage of the Witch and Wizard's succession skills, to maintain the combo attacks that can be performed by suing Magical Evasion and Multiple Magic Arrows for the Witch, and to remove the Teleport prerequisite for Ultimate: Teleport and allow the skill's independent use for the Wizard.
Secondly, we have simplified the casting motion of Lightning Element skills for Witch and Wizard. It was no longer possible to use Sage's Memory with succession and Lightning Element skills would interrupt the flow between combos. We have concluded that this interruption could be a bigger problem than being unable to use Sage's Memory, and therefore have simplified the casting motion of all Lightning Element skills.
We will continue reviewing the different opinions you provide us and do our best to make a more enjoyable class.

Fixed the issue where 2D and 3D minimaps appeared together when you loaded the UI preset with 3D minimap while using 2D minimap.
