  • The Monthly Loyalty event from September will be reset and the Monthly Loyalty information, which tracks how much Pearls you spend, will be reset at October 1 (00:00 UTC). Please take note of the promotion date of this loyalty program and make sure to collect all bonus rewards within the given promotional period. The bonus rewards for September will no longer be available and new bonus rewards for October will replace them.

Event Notice

  • Please note that the bonus items will no longer be available if they are not collected within the promotional period. Please make sure to claim the items within the promotional period!

  • Bonus rewards stack.

    • For example, if you spend 2,000 Pearls during the promotional period, you will get the bonus rewards for both 2,000 Pearls and 500 Pearls.

  • If you cancel the purchase of a Pearl item during the promotional period, the cost of that item will be subtracted from the total amount of Pearls you spent during the period.

    • If applicable, the bonus items you claimed, but are no longer qualified for, may be removed from your possession (if the items were used, the equivalent value in Silver may be deducted from your account).

  • You can check the amount of Pearls you have spent so far during the promotional period via the Pearl Shop (F3) window.

  • Rewards will be claimable directly from the Monthly Loyalty button located at the top right corner of the Pearl Shop (F3) window.

    • Check your Inventory > Pearl tab to find your bonus rewards.

  • If the Monthly Loyalty promotion is continued in the next coming month, the Monthly Loyalty information, which tracks how much Pearls you spend, will be reset on the first day of every month at 00:00 UTC.

  • Reward items given out during events can be bound or not depending on the items and some cannot be moved or restored.

    • Please refer to the individual item descriptions for more detailed information.

  • Any exploit or abnormal ways of entering in-game events may result in the restriction of your account.

  • Event period and specs. may change with future notice.
