During the festival, there will be a chance you can fish Pearl Mullets when you are fishing at Terrmian Beach or at the part of Demi River south of Heidel!

Throw [Event] Ellie’s Small Water Balloon at the Splashy Water Balloon that spawns randomly to pop it, and get amazing rewards. You can get [Event] Ellie’s Small Water Balloon by completing certain event quests ([Event] Festive Water Fight, [Event] Catching Petals, [Event] Cleaning up the Mess).
