Fun Memories of a Scallywag Cannon
“Cap’n, remember how much fun we had firin’ the cannons? Queek!”
It seems the Slippery Scallywags have brought the Scallywag Cannon to Velia to relive some fun memories! If you join them in shooting the pirate scarecrows, you’ll be given the Mermaid's Frozen Will, which is an item that grants you an Item Drop Rate +30% buff!

- August 11, 2021 (Wed) after maintenance - August 25, 2021 (Wed) before maintenance
Event Details
① During the event, the Slippery Scallywags will be at the Coastal Cave near Velia.
② Accept the event quest from the NPC Pamio.
- This quest can only be started with a Corsair character.

Mermaid's Frozen Will x2 |
* The event quests are a questline and can only be completed in a specific order.
* The event quests can only be completed once per Family.
* The Pirate Scarecrow can only be destroyed with the Scallywag Cannon.
* The Scallywag Cannon Assembly Kit is a time-limited item that will expire 30 minutes after it is obtained.

③ Use the Scallywag Cannonball and Scallywag Cannon to destroy the Pirate Scarecrow!
- Don’t worry if you miss the Pirate Scarecrow. You can get more cannonballs from Pamio.
▲ Right-click the Scallywag Cannon in your Inventory (I) and set it up facing towards the Pirate Scarecrows that are near the Slipper Scallywags.
You control the Scallywag Cannon using the character movement keys (W, A, S, D)!
(Once set up, the Scallywag Cannon will disappear after 5 minutes, so make sure to fire it quickly!)

Once you’re near the cannon, select Open Inventory (F5) to load the cannonballs!

After holding Shift + LMB, let go LMB to fire the cannon.
* Any Scallywag Cannons that were set up will disappear once Node/Conquest War begins in the Black Desert world. As such, you will not be able to use the Scallywag Cannon during Node/Conquest War.

EU: 18:00 – 20:00 (until 22:00 on Saturday) UTC
EU: 20:00 – 22:00 (until 00:00 on Saturday) CEST
