Blue grade mastery gear can be enhanced from +1 to +15 with Black Stone (Weapon) and requires Concentrated Magical Black Stone (Weapon) from PRI and above.

Blue grade mastery gear will receive Enhancement Chance +1 when you fail enhancement at +8 and above.
-
Enhancement is affected by your Enhancement Chance, which is reset once you are successful with an enhancement.
-
You will lose 1 enhancement level when you fail enhancement at DUO and above.
