Three Ways to Redeem the Coupons
1. In-game ESC menu -> Adventurer Support (F11) -> [Use Coupon]
2. Black Desert official website’s [Coupons] page
3. Black Desert+ app > Menu > Coupons
Keep in mind! Incorrectly entering the wrong coupon code 10 times in a row will prevent you from entering coupon codes for 1 hour.
* The coupon can only be redeemed once per Family.
* Coupon/Web Storage/In-game Mail Expiration Date: December 31, 2021 (Sun) 23:59
* Coupon codes will no longer be redeemable after the expiration date, and any redeemed items stored in the Web Storage or in-game mailbox (B) will also disappear after the expiration date.
* The in-game coupon you receive will depend based on your selected platform and region. Once the coupon has been displayed, you will no longer be able to change your selected platform/region.

- The Dark Knight Figurine is a limited quantity product that will only be available to purchase while supplies last.
- For shipments worldwide (excluding Korea), you, the customer, will pay the estimated shipping cost and customs declaration/fees for each country/region in advance. The Dark Knight Figurine will be shipped on DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, and the seller will handle the customs declarations and payments.
